New store build at Baby Monkey!

Pixie has put the finishing touches to her new Baby Monkey store build and you’ll now land slap in the middle of the lucky chair, Midnight Mania, gatcha, group gifts, and other goodies section. On the wall right now are some lovely cheapies: the 10L Beach Bag with texture-change straps, texture-change towel (tucked into the bag), texture-change flipflops, and texture-change towel with built-in pose (for rezzing). That’s pretty much your entire beach kit for just 10L! Now go find a bikini or pair of shorts and lounge on some golden sand for a while :)

Also on that wall are the Ultimate Clemmie shoes, available in eight colours for just 10L per pair.

These boots have a built-in AO and walk sound, both of which you can switch off. Resize scripts are deletable (which is something that I’ll be noting in future blog posts that feature script-resize items) and they look fabulous. Mar’s wearing hers with a Sn@tch coat and Axel pants, and the whole makes for an awesome outfit which I’ll be blogging in its entirety over at Mar’s Ponderings tomorrow.

Thanks to a freebie version of Pixeldolls’ latest release, Mar’s gone all girly for spring!

The Prairie Dress in cherry pink is available at the Pixeldolls mainstore as the sample shade for this new design, and can also be worn as a top, when the skirt is removed. Here, Mar’s teamed it with the L$10 colour-change Cutiepie Pumps from the Baby Monkey Outlet Store, Pazazz Hair’s Jessica in mocha (from a freebie fatpack at Savoir Hair – she’s just edited the hair ties and clips until they match the pink of her dress) and the adorable L$10 I Heart U necklace and earrings set from Chuculet. Ladies, I hope your wallets still have some loose change in them after Christmas and the New Year sales, because there are two gorgeous group gifties out there and one fabulous new release (which, at L$175 I’ll admit, is beyond the L$75 remit for SL for Nowt, but what the heck: it’s shoes, damn it, and those are always worth it, right? *g*)

Plunder that purse for the L$50 join fee for the Kunglers Fashion Design group and check group notices for this elegant little Black Mini Dress with sculpted skirt and shoulders. Once you’ve done that, rummage through the (free-to-join) group notices in the Baby Monkey Junkies group for this perfectly-matching Black Sequin Mini Clutch. And finally, head over to HoC and splurge just a little on these Noir Stilettoes with excellent skin-matching and colour-change HUD (with extra colours available on the HUD if you’re a member of the HoC group).
